How it works
1. Apply
Tell us a little about you and how you plan to refer clients. We review every application personally.
2. Share your link
Once approved, you get a personal link and code. Share them with businesses that need a booking-ready website — your link is remembered for 90 days.
3. Get paid
When your referral becomes a client, your commission becomes payable 90 days after their payment clears, and we pay it by bank transfer.
What you earn
Commission depends on the package your referral buys. It is a fixed amount per new client, not a percentage, so you always know what you will earn.
Starter package
Per new client who buys the Starter package (£699).
Growth package
Per new client who buys the Growth package (£1199).
Enterprise package
Per new client who buys an Enterprise package, priced to their needs.
Payable 90 days after the client's payment clears, provided it has not been refunded, cancelled or charged back. Full details are in the Affiliate Programme Terms.

The programme works best for people who already talk to hospitality and wellness businesses: accountants and bookkeepers, POS and card-payment providers, business consultants, web and graphic designers, photographers, marketing agencies, suppliers to restaurants and salons — and our own happy clients.
Good to know
- One commission per new client; no limit on the number of clients you refer.
- Your link is remembered for 90 days; if someone clicks several affiliate links, the most recent one counts.
- Referred businesses can also type your code into our contact form.
- You must disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you recommend us.

Questions
Anyone aged 18 or over who works with, advises or knows hospitality and wellness businesses — accountants, POS and payment providers, consultants, designers, photographers, agencies and our own clients. We review every application and may decline any that is not a good fit.
Your personal link stores your code in a cookie on the visitor's device for 90 days. If they send us an enquiry in that time, it is linked to you. They can also type your referral code into our contact form, which works even if they found us another way.
Commission becomes payable 90 days after your client's payment to us has cleared, as long as it has not been refunded, cancelled or charged back. We pay eligible commission monthly by bank transfer.
No. You earn commission for every new client you refer who meets the terms — there is no cap on the number of referrals.
A business that buys one of our website packages and that has not been our client, or in active discussions with us, in the previous six months. One commission is paid per client.
Yes. Whenever you recommend us, you must make it clear that you may earn a commission — for example with a short note such as "affiliate link" or "I may earn a referral fee". This is a legal requirement in the UK, the US and many other countries.
Yes. We email you when a referral becomes a client and when your commission is paid, and you can ask us for an update at any time.
