AFFILIATE PROGRAMME

Affiliate Programme Terms

The rules for referring clients to Find2Digital and earning commission. Last updated 15 October 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Find2Digital Affiliate Programme (the "Programme"), operated by Find2Digital UK Limited ("we", "us"). By applying to or taking part in the Programme you ("you", the "Affiliate") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not apply.

2. Joining the Programme

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may join as an individual or on behalf of a business.

Every application is reviewed. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.

Our employees, contractors and their immediate families may not take part.

3. How referrals are tracked

Once approved, you receive a personal referral link and code. When someone visits our website using your link, your code is stored in a cookie on their device for 90 days.

A referral is recorded when that person sends us an enquiry through our website within those 90 days, or when they enter your code in the referral field of our contact form.

If a visitor has used more than one affiliate link, the most recent valid link counts. A code typed into our contact form takes priority over a link.

Tracking depends on cookies and on the referred person completing our forms. We are not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked, for example because cookies were blocked or deleted, but we will consider reasonable evidence that you made an introduction.

4. Qualifying referrals

A referral qualifies for commission only if the referred business: (a) is a new client — it has not been our client, and has not been in active discussions with us, in the six months before your referral; (b) buys one of our website packages; and (c) pays us in full.

Only one commission is paid per client, regardless of how many affiliates introduced them or how many packages they later buy.

You may not refer yourself, a business you own or control, or a business owned by your immediate family, unless we agree in writing beforehand.

5. Commission

The commission for a qualifying referral depends on the package the client buys: Starter package: £100; Growth package: £175; Enterprise package: £250.

Commission is a fixed amount per qualifying client and is not a percentage of the price. Amounts are stated in pounds sterling (GBP). Where we agree to pay in another currency, it is converted at our bank's rate on the payment date.

We may change commission amounts for future referrals by updating these terms. Referrals recorded before a change keep the amount in force when they were recorded.

6. When and how commission is paid

Commission becomes payable 90 days after the referred client's payment to us has cleared, provided the payment has not been refunded, cancelled or charged back during that time.

We pay payable commission monthly, by bank transfer, usually by the 15th of the following month. You must provide accurate payment details and, if we ask, an invoice or the tax information we reasonably need.

If a client's payment is refunded or charged back after we have paid you, we may deduct the commission from future payments or ask you to repay it.

You are responsible for any taxes due on your commission. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, worker, agent or partner.

7. How you may promote us

You must describe our services honestly and accurately, and must not make promises on our behalf about prices, features, results or timescales that we have not published.

Whenever you recommend us, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission — for example with "affiliate link" or "I may earn a referral fee". This is required by advertising and consumer-protection rules, including those of the UK Advertising Standards Authority and Competition and Markets Authority and the US Federal Trade Commission.

You must not: send unsolicited marketing messages (spam) or otherwise breach email, SMS and telephone marketing laws; bid on our brand name or close variations of it in paid search advertising; register domain names, social media accounts or app names that include our brand; pretend to be us or to speak for us; post fake reviews or testimonials; list your code on coupon, voucher or cashback websites; or offer cash or other incentives to people for using your link without our written permission.

You may use our name and logo only as we provide them, only to promote the Programme, and must stop using them when your participation ends.

8. Personal data

Referred businesses contact us directly through our website. You must not send us anyone's personal details without their permission.

We handle the personal data of referred businesses and affiliates in line with our Privacy Policy and data protection law, including the UK GDPR. We will tell you whether a referral has become a client and when commission is paid, but we will not share more personal information about referred businesses than is necessary to run the Programme.

Our referral link uses a cookie on the visitor's device to remember your code for 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Ending participation

You may leave the Programme at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time; if we do so without you having breached these terms, we will still pay commission for qualifying referrals recorded before that date.

If you breach these terms, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, we may withhold or cancel any unpaid commission connected to that breach and end your participation immediately.

We may change, pause or close the Programme, or update these terms, at any time. We will publish the updated terms on this page; continuing to take part after a change means you accept it.

10. Liability and general terms

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the commission due to you and not yet paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Programme. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Questions about the Programme can be sent to hello@find2digital.co.uk.
